Yes, customer service is friendly, professional & were quick to answer any enquiries regarding doll production & shipping. I only came across this site after finding a desirable doll & this website was listed as a legitimate vendor, there was also a great deal going on at the time of purchase so what better place to buy from than it. While still awaiting my dolls arrival, the factory photos that came through prior had everything as requested upon purchase & was the real deal.
