Yes, communication was excellent with regular email updates and a couple of queries I had when there was a slight hiccup with the shipping notification were swiftly dealt with and I was provided with a tracker so I could keep an eye on my dolls progress from China. I took delivery a few weeks back once my doll had cleared customs etc and arrived in perfect condition thanks to the improved packing used by the seller. Nothing to complain at all.
