After a mix up with the delivery saying delivered when not, I was informed that this was incorrect and my order would still be delivered, which it was today, I also received a coupon as compensation for any future purchase. Doll is of good quality with no damage during transit. It is a lot heavier than I thought but manageable. From ordering it has taken around 4 weeks to be delivered which I don’t mind as it was a custom doll.
