After a mix up with the delivery saying delivered when not, I was informed that this was incorrect and my order would still be delivered, which it was today, I also received a coupon as compensation for any future purchase. Doll is of good quality with no damage during transit. It is a lot heavier than I thought but manageable. Yes, communication was excellent with regular email updates and a couple of queries I had when there was a slight hiccup with the shipping notification were swiftly dealt with and I was provided with a tracker so I could keep an eye on my dolls progress from China.
